Every day we put lots of questionable things into our mouths with little to no idea of how they are really affecting our bodies. Everyone is telling us that their product is the best. This one makes you thin, this one improves your eyesight and this one will make you smell like a raindrop on a warm summer night. But do these claims have any backing?
I want to help answer the hard food questions using sound science. I also want to show you how to use science to improve your food with simple tips and tricks.
